This 2-minute sneak peek is an excerpt from the first episode which focuses on the recent Supreme Court decision in Husted v. A Philip Randolph Institute. In Husted, the Court decided the state of Ohio’s had the authority to purge voters from its voter rolls after not voting for two years and failing to respond to a notice in the mail. In the full episode, I discuss the background of the case and how the Court’s decision ignores the years of voter suppression in this country.
